About Me

Originally from northwest Alabama, I now call North Dakota my home. This is where I've planted my feet as an associate professor of geography at Minot State University. 

I love to be outside in nature.  Hiking has always been a great joy to me.  I also enjoy doing community theater and playing my violin whenever I get the chance.  Now one of my favorite things is spending time with my new little buddy, Tucker; my six pound Chihuahua.     

Most importantly, I am a Christian.  I love God with all my heart and I know without Him, I never would have made it to this point.
